Machine Insight Suite · for PLC programmers
OEE, machine states, runtimes and the top ten stops by duration and frequency, recorded automatically on the controller. Licensed once for your whole company: unlimited machines of your own build, no runtime fees.

CRA Compliance Service · for engineering management
From your CODESYS® project: an SBOM with every library of your PLC project and a cybersecurity risk analysis, delivered as a signed handover package. Optional: a classification paper and a wizard for your EU Declaration of Conformity. You remain the manufacturer: the declaration takes effect with your signature.

How we build
The libraries run on CODESYS‑based controllers, or on a separate CODESYS‑based controller or edge device.
The suite delivers the data in your PLC project. You decide what your HMI, displays and service team show.
You keep the relationship with your customers. DDAS stays in the background, and Enterprise includes the source code of the function libraries.
